Coming off a win over Kentucky in their last match, Seton Hill's Rocket League team made it two in a row Wednesday night with a 4-3 victory over Ball State.
The Seton Hill team of
Jack Wagner,
Anthony Panko and
Aidan Hollander split the first six games with the Cardinals, forcing a pivotal seventh game to decide the winner. The Griffins built a 4-1 lead, but Ball State scored two quick goals with around one minute to play to narrow the deficit to one goal. Seton Hill tightened up on the defensive end and managed to keep the Cardinals from scoring the tying goal to preserve the 4-3 win in the final game, which matched the final score for the match.
Seton Hill will carry a 2-1 record in their next match, which will be Wednesday, Oct. 19th against Concord University-Maroon at 8 pm.
