Former Seton Hill hurler
Ben Vicini has signed a contract with the Washington Wild Things. Vicini signed the contract on Tuesday afternoon.
Vicini led the Seton Hill pitching staff this season in wins with six and starts with eleven. In his 58.1 innings of work, Vicini allowed 30 earned runs on 60 hits while striking out 71 and waling just 10.
This season, Vicini was an ABCA/Rawlings and D2CCA All Region second team selection. Ben was also a second team All PSAC West selection.
The Washington Wild Things play in the Frontier League. The league is made up of 14 teams in four divisions with teams in ten different states and Canada.
