Seton Hill hurdler
Samuel Hartman opened his 2021 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in style with a stellar performance in the 400 meter hurdle preliminaries.
Hartman qualified for Saturday's 400 hurdle finals with a first place finish in the preliminaries. He ran the fastest time, breaking his school record. His time of 51.38 bested the field of 14 runners.
Samuel will also run in tomorrow's 110 meter hurdle preliminaries which are set for Friday afternoon at 3:25 PM.
The finals for the 400 hurdles are set for 3 PM on Saturday.
