The Griffin tennis team opened their 2021 spring season with a road contest at West Liberty on Saturday afternoon.  

West Liberty earned the one doubles point by taking all three doubles matches and the Hilltoppers earned all six singles points to defeat the Griffins by a 7-0 score.

Kaelyn Zak dropped the first set of her number one singles match before winning the second set by a 6-3 score before falling in a third set tie break.  

SHU is scheduled to host IUP next weekend at Latrboe High School.
