EDINBORO - The Seton Hill University women's basketball team saw their season end with a loss to Edinboro University fo Pennsylvania in the first round of the 2019-20 PSAC Women's Basketball Championships on Monday evening.
// NOTABLES
• Seton Hill ends the 19-20 campaign with a record of 14-15.
• Edinboro moves on to take on Gannon University in the second round.
// LEADERS
• Lexi Civittolo (Seville, OH, Cloverleaf) had 18 points on 7-of-11 from the field to lead the Griffins.
• Tiana Stewart (Damascus, MD, Damascus) finished with 10 points.
// INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
• The Griffins made 24-of-56 shots from the floor, including 10-for-33 from beyond the arc. Edinboro netted 32-of-68 from the floor, and were 6-for-21 from three point range. Edinboro made 11-of-13 shots from the free throw line, while SHU made 4-of-5 from the stripe. Edinboro scored 19 points off 20 SHU turnovers, and out-rebounded the Griffins by a 42-27 margin. The Fighting Scots outscored the Griffins, 36-20, in the paint.
