The Griffins returned to the court after a twelve day layoff with a crossover matchup at Millersville on Friday afternoon.

Seton Hill led by one at the half but were outscored by the Marauders by four in the second half as the Marauders held off the Griffins over the final few minutes for a 64-61 win.

The Marauders took an early 10-4 lead over the Griffins in the first five minutes of the contest.  Back to back baskets from Marrek Paola and Anthony Karabatsos trimmed the lead to 10-8 with 13:12 to play.  Millersville was able to push their lead to six, 19-13, at the under eight media timeout.

The teams exchanged baskets before Tommy Sekunda drained a three to cut the Marauder lead to 23-20 with 4:36 left in the half.  Two free throws from Nathan Davis gave the Griffins a 27-26 lead at the half.

Jimmy Moon opened the second half scoring to push the Griffins lead to 29-26.  A Drew Green fastbreak layin and a three point play from Paola extended the SHU lead to 38-33 with 14:44 to play.  Karabatsos' layup pushed the Griffins lead to six, its largest of the game, with 13:12 left.

After the Marauders took a lead, Davis tied the score at 46 with just over eight minutes to play.  The Marauders sandwiches three pointers around a Moon basket to take a 54-48 lead.  Millersville pushed their lead to 58-50 with 3:26 to play.  Back to back baskets from Karabatsos cut the lead to four.  Sekunda again cut the lead to four after a Marauder basket with just under two minutes to play.  The Marauders were able to hit four of five free throws down the stretch to hold onto their lead.
