The Griffins continued PSAC play on Sunday afternoon with a matchup at California (PA). Seton Hill ran their unbeaten streak to seven games to start the season with a 1-0 victory over the Griffins. SHU improves to 4-0-3 overall and 1-0-2 in PSAC play while the Vulcans drop to 1-2-3 overall and 0-2-0 in PSAC play.
Neither team was able to find the back of the net in the first half. The Griffins outshot the Vulcans by a 6-5 margin with SHU holding a 3-1 lead in shots on goal.
The Griffins began to pepper the net in the first fifteen minutes of the second half. They registered four shots in the first ten minutes of the half. SHU finally cracked the scoreboard in the 60th minute.

Alex Dysen who beat the keeper into the upper left corner of the net for a 1-0 Griffin lead.
Austin Iddon made two saves down the stretch to preserve the shutout.
SHU outshot the Vulcans 10-2 in the second half. Dysen and
Lloyd Davies each had three shots in the win.
SHU will look to make it eight in a row on Wednesday when they host Slippery Rock at 4:30 PM.
