Alesha Herman scored in the 69th minute, but it wasn't enough as the Seton Hill University women's field hockey team fell to Bloomsburg, 3-1, in the 2017 season finale at Dick's Sporting Goods Field.

The Griffins finish with an overall record of 4-14 (1-9 in the PSAC). Bloomsburg improves to 10-8 overall and 6-4 in conference play. The Huskies now await the final results from around the conference to see where they will land in the PSACÂ Tournament.
The first half featured just one goal as Bloomsburg took a 1-0 lead into the half with a Brooke Zieders goal in the 27th minute.
The Huskies got on the board early in the second frame when MacKenna Mahan scored under a minute into play to take a 2-0 lead. In the 46th, Zieders struck again to make push the lead out to 3-0. Alesha Herman would score off of a
Molly Childress assist in the 69th, but it was too little, too late as the Griffins would fall, 3-1.
For the game, Bloomsburg outshot Seton Hill, 11-10 (7-3 on goal). The Huskies had 11 penalty corners, and Seton Hill had seven.Â
