The Griffins held their own for the first half of the game. The scoring was tight and there were 6 lead changes. Most notable in the half,

The Griffins struggled in the offensive zone in the second half. West Chester ran out to a 13 point lead with 8:59 left in the game. West Chester were able to score 21 points off second chances. With the comfortable lead, West Chester coasted to a 68-58 victory. ,
