The Griffins were able to charge back into the lead in the early parts of the second half and led 43-37 after a Kelly Brennan layin with 13:24 to play.  Over the next seven and a half minutes, the Griffins were outscored 15-3 and trailed 52-46 with just under six minutes to play.  A layin from Katie Gattuso and a free throw from Mallory Sanner trimmed the lead back to 52-49.  Paige Alviani hit a three to cut the lead to 54-52 with 4:09 to play but Clarion outscored the Griffins 15-4 to close out the contest.

Paige Alviani led the Griffins with 19 points.  Katie Gattuso posted a double double of 11 points and 13 rebounds.  Mallory Sanner, Tiara Stossel and Kelly Brennan each added 8 points.  Sanner had a great all around game finishing with 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.  Stossel also added 4 assists.
