Box Score The Griffins made the long trip to East Stroudsburg to take on the Warriors in PSAC action on Wednesday afternoon. Seton Hill used 3 goals from
Joe Smith in route to a 5-0 road victory. SHU improves to 7-5-2 overall and 4-3-1 in PSAC play. Seton Hill is currently tied for fifth place in the PSAC with 13 points.
Seton Hill jumped all over the Warriors, scoring two goals in the first 2:49 of the contest.
Bovey Masiole got the Griffins on the scoreboard just 1:12 into the contest when he scored off an assist from
Seon Ripley. Just 1:37 later
Joe Smith scored his first of three goals in the contest and SHU led 2-0.
Curtis Gallagher made it 3-0 with a goal in the 39th minute of the contest. Ripley also assisted on Gallagher's goal. SHU took that 3-0 lead into the halftime break.
Smith scored his second goal of the contest in the 68th minute to extend the lead to 4-0. Masiole assisted on the goal. Smith finished off the hat trick with a goal with 3:40 left in the second quarter.
Cameron Evans recorded 2 saves in net to earn the shutout.
Seton Hill will continue PSAC play on Saturday when they host West Chester at 3 PM.
