Box Score

The volleyball team ran its winning streak to three games with a 3-1 victory over Indiana (PA) at home on Friday evening.  The win is also the team's 10th victory in its last 11 matches.  WIth the victory, the Griffins improve to 15-3 overall and 4-1 in PSAC play.

Seton Hill took the first two sets by the scores of 25-16 and 25-18.  IUP responded with a 25-19 victory in the third set.  The Griffins then closed out the match with a 25-17 victory in the fourth set.  Corrine Gahagen again led the Griffins with 13 kills.  Shelby Kyllo had 11 kills with 0 errors in 19 attempts.  Cassie Hausfeld also reached double digit kills with 10.  Abigail Malsch just missed double figures with 9.  Courtney Field ran the offense with 36 asissts.  Lauren Teed had a match high 17 digs.  Katie Bloomgren added 10 while Malsch and Hausfeld each registered 8 digs.  Kyllo had 5 total blocks.

The Griffins return to action on Saturday afternoon against Clarion, who dropped their first contest of the season at California (PA) on Friday.  First serve is set for 1 PM.
