Box Score After dropping their season opener to Indiana (PA), the Griffin women's soccer team was looking to get into the winning column on Saturday when they battled another PSAC foe in Lock Haven.  The first half was scoreless before Lock Haven scored twice in the second half to take a 2-0 victory.  The Griffins fall to 0-2 on the season.

Neither team was able to get on the scoreboard in the game's first 45 minutes.  Griffin keeper Lauren Peretich made 2 saves in the half to keep Lock Haven off the board.  LHU was able to get on the scoreboard just over 5 minutes into the second half when Madison Taylor found the back of the net.  Fifteen minutes later Lock Haven added another goal by Katie Eichman to seal the 2-0 win.

The Griffins will host Lake Erie on Thursday.
