Box Score On Saturday afternoon the men's soccer team traveled to Concord University to take on the Mountain Lions in a WVIAC conference contest.
In first half action the Griffins showed up to play. Seton Hill lit the scoreboard up first with a goal by
Harry Jawanda at the 26:01 mark to take a 1-0 lead. With three minutes remaining in the half the Griffins struck again with a
Joe Tchimou goal sending Seton Hill into halftime with a 2-0 advantage.
In the second half the Mountain Lions caught a break and put one in the net to close the gap on the Griffins and make it a 2-1 contest at the 54:19 mark. Seton Hill played lockdown defense for the remaining time and secured the 2-1 road win.
Jordan Sodhi recorded 6 saves in the net for Seton Hill. With the win the Griffins record improves to 3-10-1 overall and 3-3-1 in WVIAC conference play. Seton Hill will host Davis & Elkins next on October 16
th, at 4:00PM
