Box Score On Monday evening the Griffins hosted the Raiders of Shippensburg University in a PSAC match. The visiting Raiders were too much to handle for the Griffins as Shippensburg rolled to a 3-0 victory. The loss drops the Griffins record to 7-9 overall.
 
 In set one the Raiders stormed out of the games with an 8-3 lead over Seton Hill. The Griffins made a run to close the gap on the Raiders 18-15. However, Shippensburg held on and earned the 25-20 victory.
 
Set two started the same way as set one with a 8-3 Raider lead. Shippensburg remained in control of the scoreboard later in the set 17-12. The Griffins only managed to score another two points before the Raiders claimed the set two 25-14 win.
 
In set three the Griffins again trailed the Raiders throughout the set. Seton Hill caught fire toward the end making it a three point set 23-20. Once again the Raiders kept their composure and prevailed with a 25-20 set win and 3-0 match victory. 

Abigail Malsch led the Griffins offense with 7 kills while Shelby Kyllo and Larissa Santangelo each added 5 kills. Courtney Field recorded 12 assists and Kelsey Profio added 11 assists. On the defensive end Malsch earned 12 digs and Corrine Gahagen had 3 blocks. The Griffins will be on the road for their next match as they travel to Wheeling Jesuit on October 4^th,  to take on Cardinals at 7:00PM.
