Willis had a spectacular weekend at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet this past weekend. Jacy set a new PSAC and Seton Hill record in the 400 meter. His time of 47.09 broke both records. He was also seventh in the 200 this weekend in a time of 22.10. His 400 time is currently the 12th best in Division II this season.
