Hartman went two for two at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field National Championships. Hartman opened Saturday with a first place finish in the 110 meter hurdles. He capped off his day with a first place finish in the 400 meter hurdles. He is one of only three athletes to win national championships in both events.
