Hartman again hit two new NCAA Provisional Marks and broke two Seton Hill school records in the 110 and 400 hurdles. Hartman ran a time of 13.97 in the 110 hurdles and 52.12 in the 400 hurdles. He has the 5th fastest time in Division II in the 110 hurdles and 7th fastest time in the 400 hurdles.
