Sydney Wolf outran all of the competition to take home the individual title at the IUP Welcome Back Meet in the 3.1 mile event.  Wolf finished the race in a time of 19:03.2 which was nearly thirty seconds better than the second place finisher.  Wolf helped the team to a team title as well.
