Chelsea Cook joined the Seton Hill Athletic Department in February of 2023 as the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance. Cook will also serve as the school’s SWA and SAAC Advisor.
During her first year on the hill, Cook was key in many campus activities including the Hall of Fame Dinners and the Griffin Sports Awards.
Cook spent the last year and a half as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance at Lancaster Bible College. She also served as the Senior Woman Administrator at LBC. At LBC, Cook oversaw roster management and eligibility status of all student athletes. She developed the NLI policy and procedures and constructed monthly newsletters to educate coaches and staff on NCAA rules and procedures. Chelsea created an onboarding curriculum for new hires to review NCAA and Campus rules and policies. Cook also planned the Charger Awards for each year in athletics.
While at Lancaster, Cook was also Associate Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
Prior to her time at LBC, Cook spent two seasons as an assistant women’s basketball coach in the PSAC for the Crimson Hawks. Chelsea also spent three seasons as an assistant women’s basketball coach at Hood College.
As a student athlete at Messiah, Cook was a four time participant in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament, advancing to the Sweet 16 in the 2012-13 season. Cook was also a team captain.
Cook graduated from Messiah with a Bachelors of Arts in Health and Physical Education and also earned a Masters in Athletic Coaching Education from West Virginia University.
